In order to improve the yield of the BWB Prod PV plant, the position of the orientation of the panels have been modified. The roof with little but visible smoke deposit has to be used as it faces south with the near optimal angle.
This was a great opportunities for our interns to discover, learn and apply all the security measures required to safely operate on roofs. The combination of smoke and dust deposit is a non negligible constraint for this plant. However, its effect will be minimized as regular cleaning sessions are organized. The observed peak power on a relatively clear sky day is a good indicator.
